Where do you ship from?

We work with a network of trusted suppliers and fulfillment partners. Orders are shipped from warehouses located in Asia, the US, UK, and EU to help reduce delivery times.

Do you offer express or faster shipping?

Some products may qualify for faster delivery. Look for “Fast Shipping” or “Express” options on eligible product pages.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please allow 2–5 days for tracking updates to appear.

Why did I receive only part of my order?

To ensure faster delivery, items in the same order may ship separately from different warehouses. Each shipment will have its own tracking number. There are no extra shipping costs for this.

Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?

Depending on your country’s laws, you may be responsible for import duties, VAT, or customs clearance fees. These charges are not included in our product prices and must be paid by the customer.

Do you accept returns?

Yes — you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • To start a return, please email support@grabigostore.com with your order number.

We’ll send you instructions and the return address once your request is approved.

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@grabigostore.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

How long does it take to get my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
