How long does shipping take?
Processing Time: 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Estimated Delivery Times (by region):
USA: 5–12 business days
UK & Europe: 8–18 business days
Canada, Australia & New Zealand: 10–25 business days
Rest of the World: 15–30 business days
Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and local postal services.
Some products may qualify for faster delivery. Look for “Fast Shipping” or “Express” options on eligible product pages.

Please allow 2–5 days for tracking updates to appear.
To ensure faster delivery, items in the same order may ship separately from different warehouses. Each shipment will have its own tracking number. There are no extra shipping costs for this.
Depending on your country’s laws, you may be responsible for import duties, VAT, or customs clearance fees. These charges are not included in our product prices and must be paid by the customer.
Yes — you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- To start a return, please email support@grabigostore.com with your order number.
We’ll send you instructions and the return address once your request is approved.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@grabigostore.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
