Tracking & Multiple Shipments

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • For orders with multiple items, products may arrive in separate packages at no extra cost.


Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.


Lost, Delayed, or Undeliverable Orders

  • If your order has not arrived within 60 business days, please contact us for assistance.

  • Grabigo is not responsible for incorrect delivery if the shipping address was entered incorrectly at checkout.

  • In rare cases of lost shipments, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
